Preparation of hot water consumption of energy of life is the residents in our country is an important part of building energy consumption,with the continuous improvement of living standards,this part of the energy consumption will be substantially increased,especially in the eastern coastal areas.(XiaMen)based on the prototype of area as an example,through constructing the experimental prototype,examining solar-running characteristics of air source heat pump hot water system,according to a large number of experimental basis summarizes the change rule of each parameter,determine the optimal operating conditions of the parts system,so as to realize comprehensive study to year-round operation of the system characteristics.Optimization of the main component parameters of the solar-air source heat pump hot water system is optimized by the efficiency of the system.Through constructing parallel straight bentonite type solar energy-the single tank air-source heat pump water system prototype,the thermodynamic performance of the hot water system in the actual operating conditions were tested.Results showed that as the change of heating area,solar collector of the daily average thermal efficiency is a little change,but the collector instantaneous thermal efficiency and heat storage tank temperature negative correlation,and the environment temperature and solar radiation intensity are positively related,and fitting formula is:of air source heat pump is not only related to the environment temperature,also associated with early environmental relative humidity,water temperature,and fitting the COPH and environmental temperature,relative humidity,the relation between the temperature at the beginning of the water:This will provide a basis for further exploration of the operating characteristics and energy consumption of the whole year under the typical meteorological age.To prototype area(XiaMen)of the typical year weather data and solar air source heat pump hot water system on the basis of the measured performance,establish mathematical model,calculate the different tilt Angle on the surface of solar total radiation,determines the prototype of the area the best Angle of the solar collector,19.6?.Under the typical year weather data using the daily calculation method,calculated the system running characteristics of all parameters,the results showed that the annual collection hot end temperature is higher than 40 ℃ for 245 days,don’t need to open air source heat pump heating days is 136 days,annual energyconsumption of 358.70kW·h/m2,average daily per liter of hot water for the whole year energy consumption is 4.95W·h。By running around the solar air source heat pump hot water system characteristic parameters of main components of sensitivity analysis,and combinatorial optimization,selection of flat-plate collectors effective heating area,collector inclination of the open time,volume of heat storage water tank,heat pump for running parameters affecting performance of the system,with system and auxiliary heat,air can heat pump COPH and COPS-H for evaluation index system,using the orthogonal experiment method in mathematical statistics to arrange experiments,through the extreme difference analysis and variance analysis of solar energy-air source heat pump hot water system of orthogonal experimental results for scientific analysis and assessment,it is concluded that affect the operation of system thermodynamic performance parameters and the significance,primary and secondary,and system operation parameters optimization combination;Then,the annual solar guarantee rate was introduced as an experiment to verify the optimal operation parameters.the specific combination of system optimization operation parameters is:collector area of 3.9m2,collector Angle of 19.6?,heat storage water tank volume is200 L,air source heat pump is open to 16:00.In this paper,the energy saving of solar-air source heat pump hot water system,gas boiler hot water system,electric auxiliary solar hot water hot water system and air source heat pump hot water system is carried out under the typical meteorological conditions of three places(Fuzhou,Xiamen and Yongan)The results show that,compared with other heat sources,the annual energy consumption of solar-air source heat pump hot water system is the lowest,and the economic benefit is the best.The reduction of pollutants brought by energy conservation has a positive effect on improving the environmental status of the region and is suitable for popularization and application in the region.
