Navigation safety of vessel is the focus problem of Marine research.According to relevant statistics show that more than 80% over the safety of Marine accident is caused by human factors,which are caused by human factors of maritime accidents in more than 50% are caused by the crew's fatigue.Fatigue makes the crew control and attention drops,collision avoidance reaction speed is slow,the decrease of the quality of the ship maneuvering,eventually led to the accident at sea.To monitor the crew on duty of alertness,the international maritime organization(IMO)passed a resolution MSC.128(75),forced the ship to install bridge navigational watch alarm system(BNWAS).System requires crew manual reset within the prescribed time,the way to increase the burden of its crew,ship navigation safety.In view of the insufficiency BNWAS,this paper presents a fatigue detection method based on the human body posture and gait.Because human behavior controlled by nerve,and skeletal muscle support,when the person's spirit,muscle strength is enough,behavior is normal,but the body tired body behavior ability is declined.This paper presents a gesture recognition algorithm based on vector Angle and the use of the improved DTW algorithm to identify abnormal gait Analyzing the hardware structure,working principle of sensor,software development kit Using OpenCV vision library for image processing and display.Using C++,OpenCV,called the SDK development of ship bridge crew on duty monitoring system,and the validity of the algorithm is validated through the experiment.
