Today's world economy is developing rapidly,science and technology progress.With the development of electronic transformer,the traditional electromagnetic transformer increasingly exposed,and with the development of scientific research personnel,the advantages of electronic transformer emerging will continue to expand,the final electronic transformer will be referred to as the mainstream.Smart grid has been said to be an indispensable part of social development,and the electronic transformer as one of the most important equipment,bear the safety of the entire power grid.Therefore,the traditional test method of transformer is not working,the need for the use of electronic transformers paired with more advanced methods to test the electronic transformer.With the rapid development of computer technology and network communication technology,a new test system based on virtual instrument technology emerges as the times require.External interface device to the computer as the core is responsible for the acquisition and signal conditioning,calculation,analysis and processing of signals is realized by using Lab VIEW software,a computer as the core of the automatic test system.In this paper,an electronic current transformer based on Rogowski coil is used as the test object.The main indexes of the test are current error(ratio difference)and phase error(angle difference).The program of the test system is written by Lab VIEW software of virtual instrument technology,and the traditional control panel can be replaced by Lab VIEW.The design of the whole system is composed of four parts:test method,index selection,the selection and configuration of hardware,the design of system software and function,and the final system test.The test method uses the direct method;the test index selects the current error(the ratio difference),the phase error(the angle difference);the software part uses LabVIEW to write.After the system test,the analysis of the test index,we can draw the conclusion that the system can meet the requirements of 0.2 ECT accuracy.Finally,this paper analyzes and calculates the uncertainty of the test system in the process of testing,and makes clear the source of the uncertainty and the error caused by the uncertainty.
