With the current rapid development of national economy and the increased investment of constructional engineering year by year,the foundation construction of cast-in-situ bored pile has produced a large amount of waste mud.This paper is mainly to state the development of a new type of mud treatment method and the related supporting technology.After inquiring the earlier research materials,the scope of gel breaking agents and flocculant agents has been designated.The type and the best dosage of dehydration agents and curing materials have been confirmed through comparative experiments.Various construction parameters such as the mixing time,etc.have been determined through indoor process experiments.The mix proportion and construction technology of dehydration agents and curing materials have been proved to be reasonable through the practical construction.After a series of experiments to compare the natural precipitation of the four different muds,the dosing precipitation solid-phase volume change and the moisture content of solid-phase after centrifugal dehydration cake,a conclusion has been drawn that the dosing dehydration effect is better than that of natural precipitation.The crops,with the mud cake as a medium,grow very well.After dehydration,nutrients within the mud cake lose less and the p H value is close to 7.According to the soil characteristics of different areas,the PAM gel breaking agent,optimized by the experiments of Inorganic salts,inorganic flocculant and organic flocculant,has been used on the waste mud.After processing,mud water can be isolated 30% or more,and the upper clean water is able to meet the requirements of “Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standards”.The soil-covered surface of the mud pool can be cultivated.The curing process of the waste mud on the parts of the request of subgrade bearing capacity,by adding curing materials such as fly ash,lime,cement and river sand,etc.,is simple and convenient to operate.No dedicated device is needed.Curing materials are cheap and easy to be obtained.And the environmental requirements are low.After 7 days of curing process,the bearing capacity of the soil can reach 80 k Pa or above.
