| Concrete with autogenous curing is a new topic in high performance concrete [HPC] science. It is not only high-strength concrete but also relatively insensitive to curing. Mix pre-soaked and high moisture content lightweight aggregate (autogenous curing agent) in HPC, it is the new method that enhancement curing of low water/binder ratio HPC. Used pre-soaked fine lightweight aggregate as "autogenous curing agent", adopted the reasonable water/binder ratio, water consumption and sand percentage and superplasticizer, the concrete with autogenous curing and good workability and over 80MPa compressive strength was made.By orthogonal experiment, the effect of the ratio water/binder, the mixing amount of autogenous curing agent, silica fume, and superplasticizer factors on the performance of autogenous-curing concrete was systematically analyzed, the recommended mix proportions producing C80 autogenous-curing concrete was put forward. Utilize SPSS software, the author carried on multi-linearity regression analysis on test data, gained the functional relations between slump and compression strength at 28 days of high performance concrete with autogenous curing dependent variables and the water/binder ratio, the mixing amount of autogenous curing agent, silica fume, and superplasticizer variables.The result of test indicates: Compressive strength of the concrete with autogenous curing at 28 days under nature curing is as high as under standard curing. Autogenous curing agent can improve the hydration degree of concrete, reduce the compressive stress which dropping of water in capillary of concrete caused and sensitivity to cracking. |
