The difference between the two bellies and the force transmission path of the node is that the plug-in type has only two lateral friction surfaces;while the four friction surfaces of the opposite side are used in both the current railway and the dual-have.With the development of bridge technology,to increase the span,load carrying capacity requirements,bar section size also need to deploy more bolts.When the number of bolts increases,according to two surface layouts or four surface layouts,it has an impact on the structure.In this paper,the typical node of Zengjiayan Jialing River Bridge is studied in this paper.Based on the finite element software ANSYS,the finite element model of the joint and plug-in integral nodes is established,and the mechanical properties of the whole node are studied as follows:Firstly,the paper analyzes the mechanism of the butt,the inserted force transmission mechanism,the stress of the abdominal bar under the friction of the bolt,and how to transmit the axial force to the joint plate,the deformation of the web and the joint plate.Secondly,considering the influence of the friction type high strength bolts on the mechanical performance of the bar and the joint plate,the stress distribution,and the stress distribution law,the force transmission mechanism and the finite element analysis result of the node of the docking node are analyzed in detail compared with the corresponding theoretical research.And the two kinds of bolt arrangement are designed to study the stress performance and stress distribution rule of two different bolt arrangements.The shear force and the variation rule of each bolt in each row are studied.Bolt force ratio comparison law.And different bolt layout under the shaft force changes map,and the application of the law reduces the appropriate thickness to save materials to improve the economy.Finally,in order to study the force transfer mechanism,the stress performance and the stress distribution of the two different tectonic nodes of the docking type and the plug-in integral node,the paper analyzes the relationship between the shear force of the bolts in each row,The law of variation,the variation law of force ratio of each row of bolts and the variation of axial force of rod under different bolt arrangement.
