In recent years,the state has increased investment in highway construction in Western china.In particular,the highway construction in the northwest region has made considerable progress,a large number of highways have been built or expanded.Compared with the eastern region,Northwest Mountainous area highway construction is facing a series of special engineering problems,such as high altitude,high embankment,seismic intensity,various geological conditions and poor weather conditions,available on short duration,high quality requirements.And in the high altitude mountain area,filling the road base material is mainly for the excavation of the tunnel and the tunnel slag and other earth rock mixture.According to the Qinghai mountain ditch to nianbotown zed town highway large number along the tunnel debris filling roadbed,tunnel of slag subgrade construction technology control system to carry out research.The main research contents are as follows:1 Analysis of relevant information at home and abroad,combined with the research background of this paper,by means of literature,analysis and Study on the factors influencing the quality of domestic and foreign this type of tunnel debris subgrade construction process control and quality control materials,paving and compaction technology and rolling in and field construction process.2 A study on the performance of engineering characteristics and road tunnel waste slag: Highway Tunnel spoil the situation is different,and the highway embankment or rock fill roadbed has clear requirements of filling materials,through the analysis and Research on this issue,for the use of tunnel waste slag subgrade for technical preparation;according to the structure the area and intensity of tunnel waste slag formation characteristics,and manipulation is simple to area of tunnel debris engineering characteristics based on the principle,put forward to the lithology and the coarse grain content as grading index,on particle size distribution affect the tunnel subgrade quality of slag composition was studied,and put forward the corresponding gradation composition design scheme.3 Study on the paving and leveling technology of the road tunnel.Paving and leveling technology is reasonable,directly determines the compaction effect of tunnel slag subgrade,so the premise of layer in the protection of subgradeparticle gradation,research on proper application of different paving and leveling technology,tunnel slag filling key in roadbed construction process.4 Study on the formation and quality control of the subgrade compaction scheme for the abandoned tunnel.According to the specification and design specification,construction engineering quality acceptance,in laboratory research,based on the analysis of rolling schemes of different thickness and combination form,compaction quality and quality control methods of different schemes are analyzed;the formation of detection method of tunnel slag subgrade construction quality and stability.Analysis on the deformation of subgrade settlement,provide the technical basis for the grinding of tunnel waste slag subgrade compaction machinery selection and combination.
