It is important to determine the underground blasting center of ordnance penetrator,with the development of the drill ground penetration weapons.It is possible to determine the blasting center through setting some test systems on the surface of the ground far away from the blasting center and getting the information form the data obtained by the test systems.The main contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,the underground vibration source positioning technology is studied,and the method of determining the “epicenter” according to the three axis acceleration data from the single test system is determined though the polarization analysis method.Test reliability evaluation factor of test data based on the accuracy of equivalent magnitude is put forward,and used to deal with the positions from different test systems in the distributed test system to get the more actual test result.And so is the test of the depth of the blasting center.Secondly,25 kilograms of TNT is set as the source of the simulation and the blasting center is 5 meters underground in the ANSYS-LS DYNA environment with soil around and air above.Twenty-four points of observation result are selected and the data of three axis acceleration is got.The error of the “epicenter” is 0.23 meter,the error of the depth of the blasting center is 0.27 meter,and the error of the positioning result of blasting center is only0.35 meter.The simulation results are analyzed and the selection methods of the test points are discussed.The test points should try to surround the blasting center in all directions and try to get close to the blasting center to cut down the error.Thirdly,a distributed test system for explosion seismic wave which is composed of the digital acceleration sensor,the AD converter,the FPGA,the memory module and the USB module is designed in this paper.The test system communicates with the PC through USB protocol and the upper computer software is designed on the platform of LabVIEW with the function of collection,storage,data reading and data display.At the same time,thecorresponding technology guaranteeing the performance is researched and the General BCH code is used to examine the stored data.The reliability of the data is guaranteed and the life of the test system is expanded through the algorithm of Wear-Leveling.The test system can work for a long time and the cost is cut down.In this paper,the relevant basic theory is researched and analyzed,the blasting center positioning method is got and the method can determine the position of the blasting center accurately on the whole considering the result of the simulation.Distributed test system is designed,and the corresponding technology guaranteeing the performance is implemented to get the reliable data for the blasting center positioning method.
