The underwater drilling blasting engineering is a importance part of the engineeringblasting. Compared with the traditional land blasting, underwater blasting construction isdifficult, high technical requirements, the research and application is lagged. At present, theunderwater blasting construction plan and the establishment of the blasting parameters aremostly rely on technical personnel of the past construction experience, through a large amountof test work or engineering analogy. This kind of practice, for the engineering practice, notonly wastes the explosives, influence the effect of blasting, and easily due to the improperselection of hole net parameter cannot reach the desired effect or even the accident.With the continuous development of computer technology, the use of numericalsimulation technology to research underwater blasting can substantially reduce the testingwork, get the expected to analyze data, and then play a good role in guiding the engineeringpractice.Based on the basis of a large number of blasting theory and practical experience forreference, combining with the numerical simulation program ANSYS/LS-DYNA, simulatethe specific conditions of underwater drilling blasting shock wave propagation, the shockwave waveform curve, the pressure data and seismic data, such as water pressure and toobtain data using Cole empirical formula fitting simulation and numerical calculations, finallyfound in certain water parameters, the parameters of explosive, the parameters of rock, underthe condition of underwater drilling blasting shock wave propagation in the process of law.On this basis, further study on the different ways of initiation, block length, explosiveshock wave of underwater drilling blasting effect and blasting parameters caused by theimpact.To test and verify the reliability of numerical simulation, the numerical simulation resultswere compared with the engineering practice. The numerical simulation results and theYangtze river prince angeles waterway reef blasting engineering, compared the results ofexample data obtained numerical simulation and measured results on the order of magnitudeof basic consistent results, verify the scope of application of related empirical formula, provesthe rationality of the numerical simulation results and credibility.
