The projects under coastal areas and northern China using deicing salt and other chlorine salt environment are corroded due to chloride erosion,this situation has become one of the main reasons leading to the lack of durability of the reinforced concrete structure and the premature failure of the structure.It is important to study the durability of concrete,to establish a perfect durability monitoring system and evaluation system,and to realize the early diagnosis and judgment of the durability of reinforced concrete structure,which is of great significance to ensure the safety and reliability of the structure in the design life.This paper has summarized the technology for monitoring the corrosion of reinforcement in concrete,the actual application situation and the existing problems firstly,then took the Dalian Changshan Sea Bridge as the engineering background,based on the actual concrete mix ratio,the experimental study on the monitoring and evaluation of the durability of concrete was carried out by the embedded anode latter monitoring system.Based on the feasibility study of electromigration test,the electromigration test parameters and the monitoring scheme of the anode ladder system were selected.At the same time,the depth of chloride ion erosion and the change of chloride ion content at specific depth were obtained.On the basis of these,multiple sets of specimens were test by electrochemical,the relationship between the electrical parameters of the anode rods and the degree of corrosion of the concrete in the anode ladder system embedded in the concrete was analyzed.The application performance of the anode ladder system in monitoring the durability of concrete structure is evaluated,which can provide reference for further research and application in the future.The results showed that the embedded anode latter monitoring system can react to the corrosion of the concrete structure and the situation of chloride ion attacking concrete in a certain extent,and the qualitative prediction of reinforcement corrosion start time inside the concrete can be given.
