| Roller compacted concrete has the characteristics of low cost,short construction period and low hydration heat,so RCC is widely used in modern dam construction technology.It has been nearly forty years since the development of RCC gravity dam,and the cracking of concrete in the process of dam construction has been paid close attention by scholars both at home and abroad.The foundation consolidation grouting is an important link in the construction process of RCC gravity dam.In the construction of the RCC gravity dam,the cracking of the cover concrete often occurs during consolidation grouting.Especially for the high RCC gravity dam,the construction technology and quality control are very important.The temperature stress is the main load in the process of dam placement,and the improper temperature control measures will lead to the occurrence of temperature cracks during consolidation grouting,besides temperature stress in the consolidation grouting process,grouting pressure,lifting factor displacement and other parameters are also cause the cracking of concrete cover,in order to explore the cover heavy concrete cracks during high RCC gravity dam consolidation grouting,in this paper,a special high RCC gravity dam in Southwest China is taken as the research object,using the finite element software ANSYS,the equivalent algorithm proposed by academician Zhu Bofang,the simulation analysis of temperature control and grouting consolidation grouting load during construction,and the temperature load and load superposition effect of grouting,providing the reference for future construction of RCC gravity dam,the main research contents are as follows:(1)Using response surface method for parameter inversion to get the main material parameters,final simulation compared with the measured curves fit well,proved to be a reliable material thermodynamics parameter.(2)The effect of temperature stress on the cracking risk of concrete is studied when the temperature peak is higher than the temperature control standard by using the temperature stress of concrete as the metrics.(3)The sensitivity analysis of the parameters of consolidation grouting pressure and cap lift was carried out,and the contribution of load caused by consolidation grouting to the development of tension and tensile stress was explored. |
