Research On Human Error In Emergency Management Of Subway Station Based On ATHEANA

With the advancing of urbanization,the subway,which known as convenient,fast,safe and large volume,became an essential part of urban transportation system.As a place which have direct contact with the passengers in the subway system,the importance of the security issues in subway station has become increasingly prominent.As it has been buit and put into operation,subway incidents occur frequently because of natural disasters,design of wiring,equipment reliability and stability.In these abnormal conditions,how to achieve efficient emergency response and reduce human errors become the focus of attention.In this regard,the paper studies the human error in Metro emergency management based on the ATHEANA,and gives causes analysis and measures.First,determine the emergency process of subway station.Through research and literature,the paper identifies 14 kinds of subway station emergencies.According to MTR Corporation documents,emergency response process is divided into two parts: information reporting and communication and response.Then,based on the cognitive process of the team,the emergency process is further refined into four stages,which are symptom awareness,decision-making,planning and action execution,and draw the chart.Secondly,build analysis model of a subway station about human error,and identify human errors.Based on the Reason's unsafe behavior model and the fault tree analysis of human error,the identification procedure of human error event(HFE)and unsafe behavior(UA)is optimized.Furthermore,a human error model is established for the subway station,through it,a total of 22 HFE and 52 UA were identified.Finally,the causes of unsafe behavior are analyzed,and countermeasures are given.Based on ATHEANA,This paper analyzes the error forcing scenario of 52 UA,and countermeasures are put forward.Then,through the development and distribution of EFC questionnaire,in the premise of determining the emergency situation of the subway station in Beijing Mass Transit Railway Operation Corp.Ltd,this paper puts forward the human error events which the subway station should focus on.
