Frequency selection surface radar cover(FSS radar cover)is one of the important components of the aircraft,used to protect the antenna within the radar cover,so that it will not be affected by a variety of environmental factors and loss of function,with band-pass filter function,Also known as radome.Compared with the traditional media radar cover,the use of FSS radar cover can effectively inhibit the Radar Cross Section(RCS)of radar-guided and non-operating frequency antennas,so that it can be used in various needs stealth The design field plays an important role.In the ship,missiles,aircraft and other needs to meet the aerodynamic,stealth,thermodynamics,wave and other environmental performance requirements of the occasion,the use of structural and functional integration design frequency selection surface radar cover has become a common sense in the field.With the military in the military more and more on the radar cover bearing,through the wave and stealth performance and other functional requirements,how to design the wall,shape,layout and other frequency selection surface radar cover structure module analysis and design It is very important to select the surface radar cover for the integration of structural functions.In the current international mainstream commercial electromagnetic simulation software such as CST,HFSS,FEKO and so on in the frequency selection surface radar cover simulation,the model of grid meshing quality,calculation of convergence speed,data scanning and data processing and other aspects of varying degrees On the issue,and each software can not complete a frequency selection surface radar cover need to simulate all aspects of the data,and the staff need to master all the software to use,learning costs are high.A complete simulation process staff need to spend a lot of energy to do repetitive work,such as radar hood modeling,periodic pattern arrangement,the conversion of parameters between the various software.This requires a cross-platform structure-functional FSS Radar Shield Simulation Modeling Platform to save staff time required for a radome simulation.Based on the design requirements of the structure and function of the radome with frequency selection surface,this paper analyzes the structure and function of the radome with frequency selection surface,and through the integration of FSS Simulator,the design of the simulation platform is based on the design of the radome structure of the radome structure of Changchun Institute of Optics and Fine Mechanics,Chinese Academy of Sciences.ANSYS and CST were used in the modeling and simulation of electromagnetic simulation,static simulation,thermodynamics simulation and RCS,respectively.A cross-software structure and function integration FSS radar cover simulation modeling platform was established for FSS radar hood The analysis provides a simpler and easier to use method.
