With the vigorous development of national economic construction,urban underground rail transit construction in developed cities are changing with each passing day.However,the construction of subway tunnels is dangerous,so it is imperative to establish an effective safety risk control system.In this paper,the concrete risks in the construction of urban underground rail transit and the possible measures to reduce the risk are listed,and the construction methods of underground tunnels are discussed in detail,and the comparison between them is made.Construction Method of Underground Rail Transit Construction-Shield Construction Method.According to the geological conditions of Beijing area and the physical and mechanical characteristics of different rock and soil,the paper discusses the construction adaptability of three different types of shield machine under Beijing stratum.Then,the paper discusses the selection of shield machine in shield construction method.,Focusing on the earth pressure balance shield machine in this geological conditions of construction adaptability were demonstrated.According to the engineering geological conditions of the 14 th section of Beijing metro line 4,a specific type of earth pressure balancing shield machine manufactured by Ishikawajima Harima Co.,Ltd.was selected.After that,the soil-pressure balance shield machine manufactured by Ishikawajima-Harima Co.,Ltd.in Japan was taken as the research object,and the following work was done:According to the design principle of cutter opening rate,the relation between the opening rate of cutterhead and the selection of cutterhead and the parameters of tunneling,and the relevant design theory,the cutterhead opening in the construction of subway is determined by using the relevant knowledge of cutterhead aperture ratio,Rate range.Second,the choice of tool on the cutter,the number of tools to calculate,tool layout and so on.Once again illustrates the shield thrust and torque components.The calculation model of thrust and cutterhead torque was applied to the calculation of shield thrust and cutterhead torque in the 14 th section of Beijing Metro Line 4 from Shuangyushu to Zoo,which provided the load conditions for the research of cutterhead structure and finite element analysis.Finally,the 3D modeling software Pro / E 4.0 wildfire version of the cutter system components of the digital modeling and assembly,the use of finite element analysis software ANSYS12.1 on the structure of the system of static analysis of three typical workers The stress state of the cutterhead,the deformation of each part,to find the structure of the force and deformation of weak points,its strength,stiffness check and kinetics analysis.Based on the research and application of the cutterhead design technology of shield machine,the correctness of the above-mentioned research results is verified.According to the technology and theory,the mud-type earth pressure balance shield cutter used in Beijing Metro Line 4 is designed.,The relevant research will promote the earth pressure balance shield cutter cutter localization and industrialization of development.
