Cuplok supporting of frame has been widely used in the construction of highway bridges because of its versatility,high carrying capacity,less auxiliary equipment and relatively low cost.However,the security incidents caused by its instability have occurred,not only seriously endanger the lives of field managers and workers safety,but also to the parties to bring huge economic losses and adverse social impact.People do not have enough time to evacuate after the alarm is issued.Part of the technical staff have difficulty calculating in finite element software or waste too much time on the pre-processing.Construction site erection structure is unreasonable and people lack awareness of the importance of safety management.On the basis of the existing research,we researched on the technical and management route in response to these phenomena.First of all,we developed highway bridge cuplok supporting of frame security alarm system and combined the RS232 bus technology and GPRS communication technology for data transmission and short message alarm and combined it with wavelet neural network algorithm for the next few seconds stent system of short-term prediction of the situation.Then,we studied the parametric finite element structure analysis based on MIDAS/Civil and developed application and obtained the theoretical calculation value under the design load and the buckling load under the limit state of the scaffold system.And then,a large number of finite element models were established to analyze the structural factors influencing its overall stability and study the scientific and reasonable construction of the scaffolding system.At last,the causes of the collapse of the scaffolding system and the influence of safety management measures on the collapse accident were studied based on the accident tree analysis method to quantitatively study the effect of safety management measures.(1)The wavelet neural network algorithm is transplanted into the safety early warning system to predict the force condition of the bracket system in the next few seconds,and the predicted value is compared with the early warning value,which provides a new reference for the safety warning.(2)It is feasible to construct the finite element model based on MIDAS/Civil parameterization,which can be applied to the calculation and analysis of the bowl-shaped full-frame support.The parametric modeling has many advantages such as convenient modeling,convenient debugging,greatly reducing the difficulty of modeling and pre-processing time.(3)The effect of the erection scheme,the length of the pole on the top level,the setting of the scissors and the height of the scissors and the height of the scissors are taken.(4)The implementation of safety management measures to reduce the full-scale stent instability accident probability effect is remarkable,in particular,to strengthen the material inspection and shelving erection acceptance work to avoid the lack of management measures.
