As the important part of the actual air conditioning project before completion acceptance,air conditioning system debugging plays an important role in achieving the engineering design goals,ensuring the system use effect and reducing the system energy consumption.Due to the complexity of the air conditioning system debugging,the debugging method based on data test and item by item examination is of much emphasis on the engineering experience of the debugger.So it is inefficient to deal with the actual debugging problems.As to the above problems,the subject combined with actual project was proposed.The subject is a fault diagnosis method of ground source heat pump air conditioning system.The fault diagnosis model and the HVAC heat transfer analysis process were applied to the air conditioning system debugging,and the applicability of various fault models in debugging work was evaluated.A fault diagnosis model of ground source heat pump air conditioning system was established based on fault tree analysis method.In this model,the faults were divided into load side fault and water system fault.And the corresponding relationship between the failure of each base unit and the running state of the system was established.Aiming at the low efficiency of fault diagnosis in fault tree analysis method,the logics of fault classification based on the analysis of the heat transmission were added.And the direction of fault diagnosis could be determined by analyzing the change of eigenvalue.In the established TRNSYS model,"water system flow shortage" and other six groups controlled trials in two aspects were also established by use of control variables method.The temperature and flow rate were verified as the system eigenvalues to determine the effectiveness of fault diagnosis direction.In the case of actual use,this method could be used to locate most part of the failures effectively.Besides,this paper found that the water system with large total pipeline impedance is not suitable for increasing the system flow by parallel connecting water pumps,likewise,water pumps with too flat performance curves were not suitable for using in parallel.And in the absence of the necessary equipment for the detection of the buried pipes,the method to estimate the degree of the buried pipe obstruction was studied and verified in the actual test.
