Performance Analysis On The Swash Plate Mechanism Of Axial Piston Motor With Dual-driving

Abstract/Summary:
Swash plate is an important part of the axial piston motor,it supports the shoe to push the plunger to work on the liquid in the cylinder plunger hole,which is indispensable for the formation of the plunger motor’s variable volume.The new swash plate mechanism of the axial piston motor with dual-driving has better force than that of the common swash plate,but its structure is more complicated,so its specific characteristics need to be studied.The new swash plate has a multi-ramp structure and the maximum outer diameter of each ramp is sufficient to allow the bottom surface of the corresponding shoe to be in contact with the swash plate.By analyzing the movement law of the plunger and the shoe on the swash plate,the minimum geometric dimension of the slope of the swash plate is determined.According to the relationship between the plunger,the shoe,the rotation shaft and so on,the swash plate structure sizes are drawn and the mathematical expressions of the swash plate slope boundaries which are validated by calculation examples were given.Based on the structural design of the new swash plate,the working moments,the friction torque and the eccentric moment of the swash plate are analyzed and the formulas are given.Torque characteristics are further analyzed without considering the external factors such as driving pressure,flow pulsation,leakage and other effects,only consider the influence of the force and the torque between the swash plate and the cylinder caused by the hydraulic pressure.The transient torque calculation formulas are given from the ideal situation,triangular grooves considered,triangular grooves and dead angles considered.The torque characteristics of each row plungers are odd or even is analyzed by MATLAB,and the influence of dead angle on torque characteristics is analyzed.The hydraulic model of the axial piston motor with dual-driving was modeled by AMESim,and the model parameters were set up according to the simulation results of MATLAB.At the same time,the simulation model of the general axial piston motor system was established to compared with it from the starting characteristics.Based on the starting characteristics of the axial piston motor with dual-driving,the torque response of the swash plate mechanism at the time of starting is simulated from three aspects:different displacement ratios,different displacements and different load inertias.In this paper,the structural design,moment analysis and starting characteristics of the swash plate mechanism are analyzed.The results provide a reference for the design and performance optimization of the axial piston motor with dual-driving.
