With the development of China's economy,the scale of the city is also growing,in order to promote the construction of industrial,assembly-style construction has been rapid development,the combination of floor as an important form of assembly structure,compared to the traditional ordinary concrete floor,Good performance,high construction efficiency.The use of straw concrete floor as a new type of floor system,in addition to the characteristics of ordinary concrete composite panels,but also has a light weight,good insulation performance,high economic efficiency advantages.At present both domestic and foreign research on the floor is quite mature,and for the light steel-straw concrete composite floor of the relatively small,there is no corresponding clear specification.In this paper,the experimental study and theoretical analysis of the light steel-straw concrete composite floor are carried out.The main contents are as follows:(1)with a good mix of concrete and cold-formed cold-rolled steel,light round steel pouring concrete floor,according to the floor of the different spacing of steel,a total of two slabs.The bending test of light steel-straw concrete composite floor was carried out,and the process of stress and failure were observed.And the strain of the composite slab was measured,and the strain of the concrete was analyzed.The test results show that the two groups are bent and damaged,the reinforcement of the steel floor can bear the load.(2)The finite element simulation of the mechanical properties of the test floor under the vertical load is carried out.The ABAQUS finite element analysis shows that the simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results,which verifies the accuracy of the finite element simulation The(3)The ABAQUS finite element method is used to simulate the floor,and the influence of different plate spacing,different floor thickness,different cold-formed thin-wall steel and different cold-formed thin-walled steel opening on the mechanical performance of the floor are simulated.The results show that the spacing of the steel bar,the thickness of the slab,the thickness of the cold-formed thin-walled steel and the opening rate of the cold-formed thin-walled steel have different influence on the bearing capacity,stiffness and ductility of the composite floor.
