BFRP(basalt fiber reinforced polymer sheet)has better mechanical properties and fatigue resistance performance,which in turn gives BFRP the advantages of acid resistance,alkali resistance,corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance.The basalt of the reinforced concrete structure improves the performance of concrete,enhances its mechanics index and then becomes a new type of composite materials in the field of strengthening concrete structure.This passage now focuses more attention on aspects of matrix mechanical performance and durability in accordance with basalt fiber cloth reinforcing system.The matrix mechanical performance was studied experimentally and theoretically by stacing184 fiber cloth through pasting different layers and ferrule spacing.The conclusions are as follows:1?This paper has conducted concrete experimental studies about two basic bending and shearing capacity mechanics-performance of matrix pasting BFRP.It turns out: the pasted BFRP improves the ultimate bearing capacity and cracking load of specimens to some extent.The ultimate bearing capacity and cracking load increases with the increase of layers of fiber cloth.But this kind of increase is not a linear relationship with fiber cloth.2?It has conducted concrete experimental studies of two basic bending and shearing capacity mechanics-performance about matrix pasting ferrule spacing.It turns out: these specimens which has ferrule spacing has better capacity in bending,shearing and stiffness than those without ferrule spacing and it improves ultimate bearing capacity and creaking load at the same time when they have the same layers of fiber cloth.The biggest rate of shear strength increased to 38%,60% by putting the fiber ferrule specimen which is pasted with the single and double fiber cloth in the span.3?It has conducted experimental researches of specimens-cracking after matrix pastes BFRP.It turns out: the pasted BFRP improves the specimen cracking load,slows down the developing rate of crack,decrease its mean spacing and reduces maximum crack width.4?It has conducted theoretical analysis of bending,shearing and cracking-width about reinforced BFRP.It gives guidance for finding design formulas of bending,shearing and cracking-width in reinforced specimens,the results approximately agree with the experiments.
