With the increase of air traffic,terminal area becomes more and more busy and crowded.In the airspace of terminal area,aircrafts are usually in a state of climb or descent,which increases the complexity of the airspace in terminal area.In high-density traffic flow environment,ensure the safety of complex airspace is essential.As the core content of airspace planning,the perfect PBN program can effectively guarantee the safe operation of the flight in terminal area.The terminal area with Chinese characteristics has more inbound and outbound ports,and the distribution is relatively scattered,which leads to the frequent crossing of the approach and departure routes in terminal area.In order to meet the climb gradient or descent gradient and other flight program design standards,it usually results in a lot of potential conflict nodes or segments.At present,these potential conflicts can only be analyzed and investigated by manpower.This is not only time consuming and laborious,but also the chance of errors and deletions will increase as the number of flight programs increases.As the current domestic flight program design is mostly done only through AutoCAD,this paper first studies the structure of the AutoCAD interface DXF file,and combines with the characteristics of DXF data set out of the reasons for the approach and departure routes standardization and standardized drawing rules,and then introduces the route data read process,reads the data using the computer programming,the integrity of the data were studied,including the input format of route restriction data and the initialization of the related parameter.This paper also summarizes the relevant standards for the design and evaluation of civil aviation flight procedures,air traffic management rules and other rules,and analyzes whether there are intersections in the route segment.When there is a cross situation,it is determined that the minimum standard range of horizontal interval is not satisfied,and realized the high degree deduction and conflict discrimination algorithm,and the correctness of the discriminant algorithm is verified by large and comprehensive verification data.This article also use VC ++ programming techniques to control web page Javascript to display approach and departure routes in Baidu map,and to achieve the visualization of the system.In the end,this paper selects the Beijing Capital International Airport PBN route as a case to verify and analyze.According to the standard concept of this paper,the existing approach and departure routes are drawn hierarchically,and saved as DXF format;According to the height limit and the type of height data of the existing approach and departure routes,configure route limit file,and initialization settings;Finally,run the conflict recognition system to obtains the results,and display the route and conflict in Baidu maps.The results prove the correctness and practicability of the vertical collision automatic identification system.
