The Security Monitoring System And Application Program Design Of Electric Bicycles

Electric bicycles as a convenient, clean, economical means of transport, more and more favored by the majority of the people. But the theft of electric bicycles also make the owners suffer a greater loss. This article designed a GSM/GPS based anti-theft system for electric bicycles.It can alarm the owner once theft occurs and track the stolen bicycle afterwards,by which the success rate of theft can be controlled to a minimum and the theft recovery rate can be increased.This article has given the overall system framework. The hardware framework is modular and integrates GPS, MCU and GSM modules. MCU module controls the other two via UART port,while its vibration detection unit and electricity cut detetion unit will make the system response to unexpected situations.The software framework includes mutiple kinds of software,which is deployed by the MCU software and taking charge of resolving the relative instructions and informations.On the server side, this article makes jerky latitude and longitude information combined with Baidu Map API, by which we can show the current vehicle location and locus-related information in the electronic map visually, then user can use it coviniently.It also provides some useful funtions such as instruction deployment, longitude and latitude description and personal information management, which increases the usability of the system.Firstly,the article gives the design of the overall system framework.Then the design scheme of GPS module based on UBX7020 GPS chip is followed. In the second half of the article, a detailed exposition of the software design and workflow of the system is mentioned, MCU program which based on STC 12L5A60S2 SCM is for controlling GSM module and parsing GPS module navigation code; the PC program based on the.NET framework is used for communication between the server and the anti-theft system; Via a combination of Baidu Map JS API and ASP.NET-based dynamic web server interface, users can locate their bicycles in Baidu Map. The design is able to alarm the users when theft is happening and locate the bicycle after it is stolen; it also offers a visual user interface which enhanced the usability of the system.
