In the eighties of this century,with the rapid development of microcomputers and the Internet,the application of motor is not only limited to the simple transmission kinetic energy,but also more and more are used for a variety of complex control.According to the different application,the motor has different design and control methods.In this paper,the driving motor of the high-voltage circuit breaker operating mechanism is taken as the research object,the working characteristics of the high-voltage circuit breaker and the working principle of the motor operating mechanism are analyzed.A new type of brushless field excited DC motor Operating mechanism is proposed.In order to improve the reliability and controllability of its operation,the structure and torque characteristics of the new brushless field excited DC motor is analyzed.Due to the fact that it is difficult to get the accurate mathematical analysis model for the new motor,an intelligent control algorithm is proposed based on fuzzy neural network learning:(1)Based on the research of the working characteristics and different operating mechanism characteristics of high voltage circuit breaker,with the operating mechanism of research priority,the movement characteristics of 40.5kV high voltage circuit breaker motor operating mechanism are analyzed.Then the operating mechanism based on the new type of electric field brushless DC motor is proposed.At the same time,the load characteristics of the operating mechanism are analyzed and its load characteristic curve is calculated.(2)From the aspects of the stability and reliability of the operation mechanism of the highvoltage circuit breaker motor,the new type of brushless DC motor is used as the driving motor of the high-voltage circuit breaker operating mechanism,and the foundation of the new motor's topology and working principle is analyzed.The simulation of the motor is carried out by ANSYS Maxwell software,and the characteristics of the new motor are analyzed.Then,a real time motor control test platform based on DSP(F28335)is built.(3)Based on the analysis of the working principle and structure simulation of the new brushless field excited DC motor,combined with the load characteristics of the high voltage circuit breaker operating mechanism,the static torque of the motor was analyzed by ANSYS Maxwell software.Furthermore,the static torque of the motor is sampled by the software.And further research is carried out for the control method of the new motor.(4)On the basis of the above research,a non-model control method is proposed.Combined the neural network and fuzzy control method,the curve of the torque is learned offline and the torque inverse function was obtained.Based on the torque inverse function,a new torque distribution function is proposed.After obtaining the torque distribution function and the torque inverse function,the real time control method for the new motor is realized.The experiment is performed to verify the correctness and efficiency for the control methods.
