Realizing electric power information and intelligent has been the goal of the development of the power industry,in order to achieve information exchange and sharing between different power systems,the International Electrotechnical Commission(IEC)began to develop public information model standards and formed IEC61970 series standards on this basis.In recent years,the distributed generation system mainly relying on clean energy as power material such as wind energy and solar energy rapidly develops around the places.Each microgrid unit establishes a variety of monitoring systems and energy management system to meet their own requirements according to their needs,but they didn't consider following the principle of the exchange and sharing of information and public information model standards are established for the convenience with other power system.Under the established facts of each system,in order to protect the existing investment needs to reduce the destruction of the built-up system as small as possible,the only way is to transform the existing system to make it conform to the standard of public information model,and lay the foundation for the future information exchange and sharing with other power systems.This paper firstly analyzes and studies the existing public information model,and studies the main packet structure of the model and the relationship between class and class in the model displays in the form of block diagram.Then,taking the database of the microgrid monitoring system of Shandong University as the research object,as a result of the public information model is still in the stage of continuous improvement and lacking a corresponding description for partial power object of the micro-grid,therefore,extending for the main components of the micro grid and the power objects related to the monitoring system according to the guidance of the public information model.In order to reduce the damage of the existing monitoring system and make it conform to the standard of public information model,using the Microsoft SQL Server database as a platform to reconstruct a database conforming to the common information model standard according to the corresponding mapping strategy,to achieve both micronetwork monitoring system database to the new structure conforming public information model database data in real-time storage through the use of trigger technology,stored process technology and database timing operations,which makes the new construction of the database to reflect the real-time micro-grid operating status.Finally,developing the CIM/XML parser based on JAVA WEB realizes information analysis of the newly constructed database to insert into the database of the original micro-grid monitoring system to verify the rationality of the new construction database.Under the realistic conditions of the database facing subjects without mature,using the existing mature relational database to transform it to meet of the object-oriented features of the public information model,and realizing the real-time storage of data between two databases with completely different data structures,which has certain reference significance to the application of public information model in reality.
