Study On The Cost Control Of Landscape Design In Sightseeing Agriculture Park Master Degree Thesis

In the process of construction,the cost of the development of the sightseeing agricultural park should be involved in many aspects,such as the investment decision of the project,the preliminary planning,the planning and design,the construction on the spot and the later maintenance of the project.The research shows that the prophase planning and design stage has the greatest impact on the project cost.Landscape is the most important part of the park,so the cost of landscape investment will determine the final investment.Therefore,it is of great theoretical value and practical significance to do the research of cost control in the stage of landscape design of sightseeing agriculture park?This paper introduces the concept,working process,evaluation system and evaluation methods of the cost control in the stage of landscape design of sightseeing agriculture park.According to the life cycle cost control theory,value engineering cost control theory and design limit cost control theory,through research summed up the current agricultural sightseeing park landscape design stage cost control,this paper will tourism creative agricultural park landscape landscape is divided into agricultural resources landscape,infrastructure and landscape node facilities,weights and mathematical model according to the level of data collected by the investigation and application of analysis of influence factors of each landscape design for cost,and further influence factors of cost control of the qualitative analysis.According to the data analysis results to determine the primary and secondary factors in the landscape design stage should grasp the key,this paper puts forward some methods of landscape design of sightseeing agricultural park in the effective cost control,respectively,in the natural resources and human landscape,agricultural landscape and park facilities landscape in this paper.Finally,through the example of "Sang Zao Zhen Mianyang Tourism Agriculture Park" project cost control analysis,method of control system pre project cost of further analysis and demonstration for the landscape design of sightseeing agriculture park in terms of cost control has provided certain theory basis and the concrete implementation method.
