Study On Landscape Planning And Design Of Jingzhou Sightseeing Agricultural Parks

In 2017,general secretary Xi Jinping proposed in the nineteen major reports of the party that we should continue to promote the construction of modern agricultural industrial parks and rural industrial integration development demonstration gardens,and the sight seeing agricultural garden has ushered in new opportunities for development.We need a deeper understanding of tourism agriculture.Through the research on the development of tourism agriculture at home and abroad,we summarize and analyze the problems in the process of its development.In order to improve the attraction of Tourism Agriculture Park,promote the development of rural agricultural economy,we can draw a conclusion for the landscape design of tourism agriculture park.Taking Jingzhou sightseeing agricultural park as the research object,this paper aims to analyze and study the landscape planning and design of Jingzhou sightseeing agricultural park,provide some reference for the development of sightseeing agricultural park,and further enrich the construction of sightseeing agricultural park.The author uses literature research,field research,questionnaire survey,comparative analysis,empirical research and other research methods to study Jingzhou sightseeing agricultural park1.Firstly,through reading the literature,books and materials,this paper understands the research trends of sightseeing agriculture at home and abroad and the related theories that may be used in the planning and design of sightseeing agriculture park,discusses the research background and research methods of the subject,and expounds the related concepts and functions of sightseeing agriculture and sightseeing agriculture park,so as to provide theoretical basis for the research of this paper.2.Based on the field investigation of Jingzhou medical ecology agricultural park,Jingzhou rose garden and Hengrong plum garden,and the comparative analysis of landscape resource application,entertainment project and production and operation mode,it is found that there are the following problems in Jingzhou sightseeing agricultural park:(1)the infrastructure service facilities are not perfect,such as the lack of food and beverage,Convenient services like shopping.(2)Entertainment activities are not rich enough,lack of interesting experience activities.(3)The utilization of local culture is not enough.(4)The application of plant species is few,and the landscape characteristics are not obvious.3.Through the questionnaire survey,the market demand of tourists was investigated from five aspects: background information,participation,sightseeing and activities,consumption intention and tourist satisfaction.After analyzing the results of300 questionnaires,the current situation of Jingzhou sightseeing agricultural park was summarized: the market consumer groups served by the park were mainly young and middle-aged tourists,At the same time,it also gives consideration to children and the elderly;The consumption market is mainly low-end,with a combination of medium and low-end,and most of the time is spent on weekends and holidays;In terms of tourism,it is mainly to enjoy the natural scenery,taste farm food and experience farming activities;Sightseeing activities are mainly to enjoy the natural scenery and flowers and plants;In terms of entertainment activities,the mild and quiet types are more popular with tourists;In terms of consumption intention,vegetable and fruit picking,farm food and entertainment activities are more popular.These detailed data provide guidance and reference value for the future construction of sightseeing agricultural park.4.Combined with the above research results,this paper applies the theory to practice,and makes an empirical study on Yimi agricultural park from three perspectives of landscape resource application,entertainment activities and production and operation mode.It puts forward the design concept of "beautiful countryside,green economy,sightseeing and leisure",which combines production function with sightseeing and recreation function,Through the combination of processing to build a distinctive agricultural garden landscape.
