Blast wave is an important parameter in the study of the strength of weapons and ammunition,which provides a strong basis for weapons and ammunition damage assessment and ground protection.With the rapid development of distributed test technology and wireless communication technology,there has been a distributed stress testing system based on wireless communication such as ZigBee and Bluetooth.However,with the increase of the number of test sites in the explosion field,the increase of the data capacity and the improvement of the test requirements,the higher requirements of the wireless data recovery efficiency is needed after the explosion.In view of the above problems,the specific contents of this paper are as follows:In this paper,the wireless communication module of the Ethernet interface is applied to the distributed pressure test system in combination with the Ethernet communication technology.The network is mainly composed of test nodes,coverage AP,relay AP,access point AP and control terminal.The paper designs a pressure test node with wireless communication function.The node mainly consists of the wireless communication circuit of Ethernet interface,ICP sensor,signal conditioning circuit,signal recording circuit,power supply circuit and other parts.The blast signal can be collected,stored and then sent to the wireless control terminal through the wireless communication module,which facilitates the subsequent processing of the data.This paper constructs the exclusive wireless local area network of the distributed pressure test system.In the network,on the one hand,by predicting the front-end coverage according to the link budget method,whose the covering radius is up to 216 m,and the wireless local area network can be set up quickly in the test site;on the other hand,increasing wireless communication distance by increasing the wireless relay can help the control center centrally manage the test nodes which are far away the control center.In the experiment,notonly the wireless function of the test node is verified but also the function of wireless LAN communication.The wireless coverage distance reached 200 m,the lowest wireless data transmission rate up to 1200 kbps.On this basis,the propagation characteristics of the 2.4GHz wireless signal are channel-modeled,and the logarithmic attenuation model of the near-earth electromagnetic wave signal is established with the measured signal.The model shows that the wireless signal is logarithmically attenuated with the increase of the coverage distance and the rationality of the model is verified by the test data in the same environment,and the coverage distance of 205 m is very close to the effective coverage distance of 200 m in the experimental environment.Finally,the long-distance transmission of the relay was experimented,and the wireless transmission distance in the experiment reaches 2 km.In the actual ammunition explosion test,this Ethernet interface wireless communication system not only has good stability and reliability,but also has a certain practical value.
