Setback and spin environment simulation of fuze in launch process refers to it can not only simulate the recoil,but also can simulate the centrifugal force.The simulation of the above two kinds of environmental forces has a great influence on the fuze.It is also the key to the dynamic simulation technology of fuze laboratory,and it can play an important role in the development and production of fuze.On the basis of reviewing the previous research results and the present researchs of domestic and abroad situation,a new direction for the simulation of the double environment force simulator is presented.The main contents of this paper are as follows:Make it clarity of the selection and design of the device scheme.Refer to the simulation of fuze recoil by means of multi-stages inductive coil gun by direct method,and the method of rotating tube simulation of fuze centrifugal rotary environmental force,comprehensive design of a fuze recoil force and centrifugal force simulation device.Then the principle of the electromagnetic drive system are analyzed and improved.The process is,first through multi-stage reluctance Coil Launcher System for projectile driven by direct simulation of fuze launch recoil then projectile flying into the rotating pipe system,using the kinetic energy conversion system to stop in a rotating tube,finally through the motor to load centrifugal force environment of projectile.The aim of double simulation of fuze recoil and centrifugal force is achieved.Two subsystems of the device were analyzed: analysis of transient electromagnetic field and circuit coupling by MAXWELL is used to study the four-stage reluctance Coil Launcher System electromagnetic thrust force to replace fuze's actual force in launch to direct simulation of fuze recoil.Using ANSYS/LSDYNA for rotating subsystem's simulation;collision of projectile,between the buffer block and momentum conversion blocks were simulated and analyzed,the angular velocity of the load input can be given after the completion of the collision rotary tube,then got the dynamic response simulation of centrifugal force.
