The use of the LS-DYNA procedure to simulate the fin-stabilized projectile and projectile in different shape contacting vulnerable target at different impact angle.the launch tube front cove crashed by the fuze or by compressed air while projectile move through the front cove,applying the theory of rigid body dynamics to research on the validity of electric terminals of electric terminals trigger switch of the Fuze Brushing Exploding provide reference for optimal designation of individual rocket electromechanical contact fuze.The Curves of the set-forward overload obtained from simulation of the projectile contacting vulnerable target indicate that:the maximum set-forward overload appeared while the projectile contact target in a small impact angle which changed along with the materials and thickness of the target plate rather than contacting positively,so the impact angle generated by the error of the target plate and attack angle's influence on the contact sensitivity and insensitivity tests must also be considered.Designing different projectile shape, there is great differences in the maximum set-forward overload, so while designing projectile shape, the aerodynamic characteristics and the set-forward enviroment must be considered. The maximum set-forward overload may occurred while the fin rather than the projectile nose puncturing the target when super caliber fin-stabilized projectile in relatively large impact angle contact target.The damage consequence of the launch tube front cove which obtained from simulation showed that the front cover are crashed by the fuze rather than destroyed by compressed air; one to four small fragments that occurred in the center of the ring groove will be promoted by the high pressure gas, the fragments does not enter the air inlet of the fuze.The curves gained from the analysis of the electric terminals mathematical models and parameters of movement sensitivity show that:reducing the coefficient of friction between parts,increasing the switch body cone angle, cone angle of electrical connection sets and the quality of inertial ball, lowing the resistance of switching spring will help to improve the validity of electric terminals.
