The reliability of the production system is determined by the factors that the reliability level of production equipment and the connection mode of production equipment,the settings of buffer area,etc.The current allocation of the reliability of the production line is mainly for production equipment and the impact of buffer factors on the reliability allocation of production lines has not been considered.Because the production system consists of production equipment,logistics buffer unit,robot and other components,the reliability allocation of the production system requires a detailed division of the hierarchy of the constituent systems.Distribute the production line reliability index values to the production equipment through a reasonable reliability allocation method,which provides valuable reference for the selection of equipment,the formulation of maintenance strategy and the rational planning of the equipment layout of the production line.In this paper,the reliability allocation of the engine cylinder block production line considering the buffer factor is taken as the research content.Formulated the principle of selecting the reference line and select an engine cylinder production line as a reference production line.At the same time,the reliability diagram of the reference production line and the fuzzy cost hierarchy analysis model are established.Determining the cost weight of production line by using interval number theory,at the same time,the cost function theory is introduced to establish the reliability allocation model of production line.The SA-PSO algorithm is used to optimize the buffer capacity of the production line.Finally,the relationship between the capacity of buffer and the reliability index of the production line is obtained by the simulation test so that we can obtain the allocation of the reliability index of the production line considering the buffer factor.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1.Combined with the reliability design requirements of target production line,in order to obtain more test data to select a reference production line as a research object.The paper analyzes its equipment layout and establish its reliability block diagram.Through collecting the relevant reliability test data,the maintenance time of the production line is given to the Weibull distribution model.According to the definition of production line operating rate,the paper establishes the relationship between the inherent availability index and the operating rate index so that we can transform the operating rate indicator into mean time between failures(MTBF).2.The paper determines the cost-related factors that affect the reliability of the production line and establish the fuzzy hierarchical analysis model of the production line.The cost function theory is introduced to establish the reliability allocation model of the production line.Using the genetic algorithm to solve the model.In order to assign reliability indicators to the device level,consider the serial connection device and parallel connection equipment and come to the results.3.The engine block production line was analyzed by structural modeling.The production line performance indicators do not produce changes by adjusting the maintenance rate of the production unit,the one-dimensional traversal search method is used to obtain the relevant parameters.Using the iterative merge analysis method,the availability model is established.SA-PSO algorithm is used to solve the production line availability model and finally get the optimal allocation of the buffer results.4.First we determine the bottleneck production unit and establish bottleneck unit simulation model.Through the simulation to compare the bottleneck unit simulation model and the whole line model,it is proved that the bottleneck unit simulation model can be used instead of the whole line.The relationship between the capacity of the buffer and the operating rate of the production line is obtained by Plant Simulation.We reestablishing the reliability allocation model and obtain the results of the allocation of the reliability index of the engine block production line considering the buffer factor.
