Equipments play an important role in the manufacturing. As the improvement of production automatization, a majority of making tasks are directly finished by equipments,and only a few working procedures are finished by handwork.. Enterprise production can`t process without equipments in modern industry. Some producing enterprises depend on equiments absolutely. Produce efficiency and produce quality of this kind of enterprise are realized by using and controlling equipments,even some equipment is the surviving tool for the enterprise. At the same time, with the advancement of science technology and the competition in the industry, equipment is becoming more and more expensive and the management is more important. New requirements have been put forward on equipment maintenance management in various countries because of increasing cost with increasing size of equipment. It can reduce the cost of equipment maintenance, enhance the efficiency of maintenance, facilitate the development of enterprise and improve its ability of adaptation and competition by reseaching and making new equipment maintain and decision-making system .The study of the theory of maintenance management of manufacturing equipment and the development of maintenance decision system have drawn great attention and become one of the frontier fields of management science and artificial intelligence.The main research of this paper concentrates on a few aspects including the equipment reliability, the model establishment of maintenance, equipment reliability fuzzy syntheses judgement, applying Markov decision in equipment maintainance and development of the computer assistance maintenance decision-making system.Valid data is the foundation of reliability analysis,maintainability analysis,guaranty analysis and maintenance decision.The objects of the research and applying to are a certain cylinder body workshop section.We have collected all of the breakdown records and maintenance records from March 2003 to March 2006 of the cylinder body workshop.The aim of that is classify the important grade of the equipments though the analysis on maintenance times,maintenance time,shut down time and maintenance cost etc.,and according to which reasonable maintain method can be chosen.Ultimately,the highest utilization rate and operation efficiency of the automatic-production-line equipments can be achieved.Firstly,based on the analysis of a great deal of operation record,we build up equipment reliability model and equipment maintainability model,then put forward to maintainability feature parameters,and proceed research on repair-time distribution,parameter estimation,the equipments breakdown interval time K-S examination.Secondly, In the fuzzy syntheses judgement method research of equipment maintenance decision-making in the production line, fuzzy distribution of equipment can be established. Based on MTBF,MTTR,failure times, year`s mean cost ,mean efficiency etc. of equipment in the production line, using fuzzy set theory, equipment reliability diagnostic fuzzy mathematics means is brought up, and meantime the research of time fuzzy syntheses judgement of equipment reliability is developed, and reliability degree of key equipment in the engine cylinder production line is calculated. Equipment reliability level is divided by using fuzzy syntheses judgement methods and relevant maintenance decision-making policy is brought up. Then this paper developed the research of Markove decision method about equipment maintnance decision,which apply Markove model to simulate equipment aging process and set up Markove model of equipment maintenance.The model is solved by policy iteration method. Based on the model,optimal maintenance strategies under various conditions are discussed. The effect of different fault consequences to the maintenance strategy decision is analyzed by taking the economic lost as the risk measurement of reliability.Markove decision method,which is used in optimizing maintenance measures,provides a sort of calculative way for selecting the best maintenance measure.At last, based on the reliability evaluation and the production line equipments, the computer assistance maintenance management decision system has been developed according to the production line. This system is designed and empoldered using SQL Sever2000 and C++ Builder6.0,which contain all the information of maintenance,and allow a lot of users who enter the system with different ID to use different modules. This system dopts Client/Server mode. It have functions including data collections management, making preventive maintenance decision, the data statistics, and the customer management etc. It helps to provide a valid support terrace for equipment maintenance decision-making.This research connected with real objects, having stronger pertinence than before. It get the equipments` reliability factors by applying AHP and put forward Fuzzy reliability degree functions, and make the reaearch of equipment maintenance Makove decision. It has certain innovation. From the reliability, maintainability, the model is established and analysed according the production line equipment. The development of computer assistance to maintenance management system is helpful to the equipment maintenance activities.The maintenance management of the equipment is a complicated system engineering, it involves being in extensive range, not merely correlated with maintaining with the systematic own structure of the equipment, reliability and maintainability of the system, and organizing system, market supply of the maintenance spare part, the maintenance personal level of maintenance are closely related with.This text only goes on research of maintain equipment itself, a large number of questions will need to be studied further in the future. This text preliminary researches on equipment maintenance decision are done in this paper.It needs further research and development in the systematic model base and method storehouse so as to improve its commonability and practicability.
