With the economic development and urbanization process continues to accelerate,more and more high-rise buildings continue to build,the city has a lot of energy consumption.High-rise buildings need to consume a lot of energy in the process,both building energy-saving transformation will improve the utilization of building energy,effectively reduce energy consumption.This article on the existing high-rise building on the top 6 layers of the external building energy-saving Building reconstruction,the transformation of the building in the top 6 layer to increase the energy-saving curtain wall,through the curtain wall of the maintenance structure to achieve the purpose of building energy efficiency.The curtain wall has a fulcrum through the steel truss structure and is resistant to various loads.The curtain wall structure has a large structure and complicated force.The overall performance of the structure after the transformation changes,which will have a certain influence on the overall seismic performance of the structure.In this paper,an ABAQUS finite element program is used to establish the finite element model before and after the transformation,and the corresponding seismic wave is input to the elasto-plastic time history analysis.The seismic response of the structure is analyzed,and the external energy saving of the high-rise building is analyzed Effect of Modification on Seismic Performance of Structures.The main contents are:1)The natural frequency of the structure is larger than that before the transformation,and the low-order mode of the structure is basically the same as before the transformation,but the cycle of the whole structure becomes smaller and the stiffness increases.Before and after the transformation of the structure,whether it is flat or torsional vibration mode,the deformation is from the bottom to the top of the gradual change,the overall change evenly,there is no obvious local mutation,theoverall performance of the structure is very good,that the structural steel Structural grid transformation is reasonable.2)The elasto-plastic time-history analysis of the structure before and after the transformation is carried out.Under the action of three kinds of seismic waves,the top-level acceleration of the structure is larger than that before the transformation.The maximum displacement of the model on the top of the model with the truss is smaller than that of the former model,which shows that the seismic performance of the whole structure is improved remarkably.Under the action of X and Y,the elastic-plastic inter-layer displacement angle of the former structure is satisfied,and the maximum interlaminar displacement angle of the modified structure is obviously reduced and the seismic performance of the structure is improved.3)The overall stiffness of the top layer of the structure is increased by the modification of the truss structure,and the interlayer displacement angle is obviously reduced,and the maximum displacement of the structure is reduced,and the overall seismic performance of the structure is obviously improved.
