Research On The Reuse Of Architectural Environment In The Reconstruction Of Oilfield Industrial Sites

Oil is the blood of industry.Since 1907,the first oil well was drilled in Yanchang County,Shan Xi province.At the same time,due to the development of the oil industry,oil field cities began to increase in china.After entering twenty-first Century,Chinese city accelerated the process of scientific and technological progress,the transformation of social economy,the adjustment of industrial structure,the depletion of oil resources to make a lot of old oil city had to shift from the "production city" to "consumer city".However,the traditional industrial building oilfield internal space,external environment and infrastructure for most aging,depletion of resources led to the old industrial buildings and the surrounding indoor courtyard was idle and abandoned,and even the overall relocation of some oilfield.Oil industry sites carrying a history of oil city,reflects the development of city construction and transformation of oil,oil industry environment in the ruins of the renewal and reuse is of great cultural value,aesthetic value,ecological value and economic value.Although there are a lot of research and practice in the field of industrial site reconstruction and reuse,so far,most of the research content can not be fully applied to the industrial site of oil field.Oil industrial site has its own particularity,generally first in oil stations,oil refineries,treatment plants formed near the life circle,and business,school,medical,police and other system gradually perfect,from management and finance from the local government in recent years to return to the local government jurisdiction.Therefore,the transformation of industrial sites in oil field can not be copied according to the way of the transformation of other industrial sites.In this paper,the reconstruction of the oil field industrial sites in the construction environment refers to the current domestic oil field city has been abandoned and is gradually abandoned to the construction of indoor space and the surrounding outdoor space.The author conducts a research on industrial heritage reconstruction five area of Beijing City,Shanghai City,Ji'nan City,Dongying City,Puyang City,Shanghai City,the 798 Art District in Beijing,M50 and Chen Shan Mine garden,Ji'nan City West mania and D17 creative cultural industry park for industrial site renovation research,Dongying City victory Puyang City,Henan Province,oilfield,Zhongyuan Oilfield as the research status quo of the oil field of industrial sites.On the basis of the investigation,the author chooses several representative oil fields in China,and explores the strategy of rebuilding and reusing the indoor and outdoor environment of the industrial site.How to transform the oil industrial sites in the building environment to re radiate,realize the city culture,remodeling the spirit of place(such as the Daqing spirit,iron man spirit),to preserve the historical memory function,and create more economic value and is still,designers need to think deeply and solve the problem.This paper is divided into seven chapters.The first chapter puts forward the question.To define the relevant concepts,the paper puts forward the specific research content and research methods and research innovation.The second and three chapters analyze the problem.First of all,the value of the transformation of the industrial site of the oil field was studied,and then the domestic and foreign industrial sites were investigated and analyzed.And find out the problem of the design of the industrial site reconstruction.The fourth and the five is the main part of this thesis.The fourth chapter is based on the oil industrial site location factors,human factors and the transformation of audience demand,according to the different characteristics of domestic oil,suitable for all of its oil waste reuse,environmental construction methods and strategies.In the fifth chapter,the author makes a detailed list from the following aspects: the reconstruction of the external environment of the building,the transformation of the building monomer and the regeneration of the interior space of the building.The sixth chapter combines theory with practice,and the methods and Strategies of the former are tested in practice.The seventh chapter is the conclusion of this thesis,which summarizes the conclusions of this paper,and discusses the prospect of the reuse of the construction environment in the transformation of the industrial site.
