Research On Construction Project Cost Control

Along with social progress,the constant improvement of modern enterprise management system,the construction engineering project management has been further,now management is more and more important in the project construction cost control.The construction enterprises and other industries,the first task is to realize the maximization of profit,which requires the enterprises to adopt scientific and reasonable management mode and cost control system.Construction project cost control is the main factors of building construction,because the costs of construction engineering project cost control and the plan to control it within a certain range,as far as possible to reduce the investment cost,project profit.This paper puts forward problems,analyze and solve problems through the Long Gang garden project construction cost control,puts forward the problems existing in the cost control of construction project.This paper first introduces the situation,viewpoint and research results of the research on the construction cost management of domestic and foreign scholars.In the second chapter,through the analysis of the practice of construction cost and the study of various written theories,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the cost control of the construction industry at present,analyzes the practical use of theoretical and practical cases,adopts economic measures and management measures,Technical measures and other methods to fundamentally solve the problem of construction cost control.The third chapter and the fourth chapter are the core of this thesis.In this part,we introduce the present situation,basic information,site management,financial management and project management of Ying kou L district project,and make a case study of building cost control through practical case study.The feasibility of the whole solution,through the case project Ying kou L district project cost control research,to further optimize the implementation of enterprise cost management,and construction project cost control to explore effective ways.Thesis finally summarizes the paper on the problems existing in the construction project cost control,puts forward Suggestions for improvement,paper deficiency is also formulated.
