Sanhe Relief Stations Design Project Quality Control Study

Architectural design is the initial stage of the construction of the project,and it is also an important stage.Architectural design is,in a sense,a combination of artistic creation and scientific technology.In recent years,with the development of China's urbanization process,the national economy steady growth and investment scale in the field of public construction,architectural design industry developed rapidly in our country.Both the quantity of the team,the scale of operation,the management level,and the economic benefit have been developed rapidly.With the development of our economy,architectural design has gradually become international.The design institute of domestic and foreign design,private,the design institute of the country is endless,form a pluralistic competitive situation.The quality control of the construction design will directly affect the quality of the project and have a significant impact on the cost of the project.The increasing of architectural design enterprise,make some enterprise in order to fight for market share,shorten project time,gain greater economic benefits,often do not pay attention to the design of project quality control.Design projects of the same type apply to previous design ideas.Although the design specifications,standards,and procedures were met,the design was ultimately the same.Thus losing competitiveness in the design market and the risk of failure.Therefore,the quality control of the design project is worth the attention and execution of every building design enterprise.In today's development of science and technology,the construction of urbanization is an important part of our economic development,the acceleration of construction engineering construction is also an important aspect in today's society.At the same time,the quality and cost control of various aspects of construction projects have been brought up accordingly.Fundamentally,the design of the construction project is the source of all the projects,and the initial design quality control can guarantee the control of the big direction.Whatever the engineering properties of the project,small to urban and rural reform,big to urban context and even hundreds of meters tall,the engineering quality is good or bad depends largely on the depth and the accuracy of the early stage of the design quality.Therefore,it is not only the responsibility to increase the control of the quality of engineering design,but also the obligation to guarantee the safety of people's life and property.This paper applies the theory of project quality management,and analyzes the quality control problem of the construction design project of the sanhe relief station.Firstly,the quality control concept of building design project,quality control method of architectural design project and quality control evaluation of architectural design project are expounded.This paper analyzes the model and system of domestic and foreign development,points out that domestic management focuses on the management of the program,and the foreign management is more oriented towards the target management.Secondly,the paper studies the basis and method of the quality control of the construction design project of the sanhe relief stations.Analyzed the sanhe relief station building design project quality control content,namely,initial stage project quality control,project late design and quality control in the process of project design quality control;This paper puts forward the measures for the quality control of the construction design project of the sanhe relief station,the quality management of the design project and the quality service of the design project.
