Compared with the conventional industrial applications,motor system for electric vehicle powertrain,more stringent requirements on performance,quality,etc.So in the development process and before the real vehicle performance testing of the vehicle power motor system,the need for accurate measurement and control of the link becomes indispensable,which requires the measurement and control technology for vehicle power motor has improved significantly.At the same time,the wide application of virtual instrument technology provides powerful support for the high performance measurement and control of the motor.In this paper,virtual instrument technology as the core,the use of Lab VIEW programming language developed to meet the performance test of vehicle power motor measurement and control platform.The main contents of the thesis are as follows:First,according to the test requirements,development costs and other factors of measurement and control system,determined the overall design scheme of the platform: Drag motor control platform.On this basis,this paper expounds the principle of matching and setting of power system,testing system and auxiliary system in detail.Second,in order to achieve the actual demand of under the environment of high voltage to low voltage battery energy conversion,developed a set of 1.8Kw DCDC conversion circuit used in electric vehicle environment in purpose,in addition describes the design process of the overall development plan of the automotive grade DCDC hardware circuit in detail,and through modular circuit development program,completed the hardware implementation of DCDC circuit.Finally,the function debugging of the DCDC circuit is carried out.Thirdly,based on the Lab VIEW software,completed the framework of software design of the motor measurement and control platform,described the engineering development process of the Lab VIEW software.On this basis,completed the functional requirements analysis and structure design of the upper computer software in motor measurement and control platform.At the same time,modular development idea is applied in the realization of the software,and a detailed introduction of the communication implementation scheme between the host computer and the control bench by CAN bus communication protocol and TCP/IP communication protocol used in this measurement and control platform,and the report generation scheme based on producer / consumer model.Fourthly,in order to verify the functional integrity of the hardware and software of the motor control system,three typical motor tests were conducted in the platform,which are Speed characteristic tests,Torque characteristic tests and Dynamic characteristic tests.Through these tests,it is proved that the software can meet the requirements of the two kinds of models of the measured motor system and the load motor system(torque mode and speed mode)as well as the load requirements of the speed /torque control instructions.Meanwhile,it also provided with the display and acquisition of the state parameters in tests,and it also can achieve the function of the storage and analysis of test data,according to the test requirements.
