The continuous development and application of new materials need the support of indepth study about its various types.Mechanical properties of materials testing technology,the main purpose is to obtain the mechanical properties of the material parameters.With the continuous development of materials technology.The research on the mechanical properties of the material has gradually become the focus of academic research.Material force complex in practical application.The traditional test instrument only tests the mechanical properties of the material under a single load test.The resulting test results is not very comprehensive to reflect the mechanical properties of the material.As the biaxial tensile test equipment can achieve a variety of plane stress state.The research on the biaxial tensile test instrument of the cross specimen has been greatly developed in recent years.Simultaneously,The control system often occupies the same important position in the process of biaxial tensile testing equipment.How to control the two-way stretch instrument to achieve multi-axis linkage,achieve the desired results plays a vital role in the success in the development of the instrument.ARM-based embedded system has a relatively strong things management capabilities.Its ability to handle data is very strong.The control rate is two orders of magnitude faster than the computer control rate.Outside the expansion of 24 high-precision chip,you can achieve accurate sensor signal acquisition.In this paper,the key components of the design of biaxial tensile testing equipment were selected and checked.The instrument was analyzed by static and dynamic simulation.For the biaxial tensile test equipment due to stress generated by the deformation of the rack on the impact of the test results,The deformation of the frame is analyzed theoretically,and the correction algorithm of the flexibility of the rack is put forward,and the correction of the clamping end of the specimen.Built a peripheral control system hardware lines.Completed the biaxial stretching control system software part of the overall program design,communication protocol preparation,program debugging and so on.The feasibility of the loading of the test device is verified,and the accuracy of the test results is verified.The biaxial tensile test of Q235,cooper,6061 aluminum and other materials was carried out by using the biaxial tensile test instrument based on embedded system.Observed the micro-morphology of the material changes when the material is subjected.For the in-depth understanding of the reasons for the destruction of the material is very important reference.
