In this paper,the existing glass beads insulation board poor insulation properties,dry density,low strength and other shortcomings,based on the aspects of selection of raw materials and optimization of proportion,where the orthogonal experiment was used to optimize the mix proportion of insulation board.Through the difference,variance and other analytical methods,get the initial ratio,and then use the ratio optimization test and consider the overall performance of the insulation board,get the best test ratio,and finally developed a better performance of the glass beads insulation board.The main contents are following:1.By comparing and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the existing materials,the raw materials are determined,and the standard of the insulation board is determined by comparing and analyzing different test standards.Based on the preliminary mix ratio of ordinary vitrified microsphere thermal insulation mortar,the dry density,compressive strength and consistency of the thermal insulation board were determined.Determination of water glass beads and bulk density of the test according to the test.2.Based on the analysis of the existing relevant specifications of vitrified beads,this paper establishes the evaluation index.Using four factors three levels of orthogonal test and the dry density,thermal conductivity and compressive strength of the thermal insulation board were taken as evaluation indexes.Through the poor,variance and other analytical methods to discuss the content of fiber,the content of brucite fiber and the type of composite admixture influencing on the three indexes.The factors that affect the order and significance of insulation board performance index and determine the proportion of vitrified microbead insulation board test.On this basis,the test ratio is further optimized,and the insulation board flexural strength,linear shrinkage,frost resistance and other properties are considered.The optimum proportion of the insulation board is determined,and verify whether the performance of the ratio meets the requirements.3.The vitrified microbead insulation board is applied to the common wall,and through the thermal calculation,the minimum thickness of the glass bead insulation board meeting the requirement of 65%energy saving in North China is obtained.Reference to technical specifications of perlite insulation board and design expansion and vitrification microsphere thermal insulation board' size and the basic structure and construction technology of its thermal insulation system.
