Abstract/Summary:
With the progress of society and the development of industry,the global climate has changed accordingly.Resources and energy around the world are gradually decreasing and there is a shortage of resources,and the ecological environment that mankind is adapting to is also continuously deteriorating.Building energy-saving concepts have emerged,and building energy-saving technologies and materials have developed rapidly.Among building energy-saving materials,external wall insulation materials are divided into two categories,including organic and inorganic insulation materials.Organic and inorganic thermal insulation materials have their own advantages and disadvantages in terms of performance.For example,organic thermal insulation materials are better than inorganic thermal insulation materials in terms of thermal insulation,while inorganic thermal insulation materials have better performance than organic thermal insulation materials in terms of fire safety.According to the market demand,this article selects the vitrified microbead insulation mortar among the inorganic insulation materials as the object,and conducts a series of research on it.Vitrified micro-bead insulation mortar is an inorganic heat-preservation material used in external insulation of external walls.It is made of vitrified micro-beads as lightweight aggregates,cement as cementing material,and vitrified micro-beads thermal insulation rubber powder in a certain proportion.,It has the remarkable characteristics of high strength,light weight,heat preservation,good heat insulation and good electrical insulation performanceThe cementing material used in this topic is Portland cement,the aggregate is made of vitrified microbead particles,and rice husk charcoal,fly ash,polypropylene fiber,redispersible latex powder,and hydroxypropylmethylcellulose is used as a modification additive.The orthogonal design test method is used to obtain the test results,and through the analysis of the test results,a suitable mixing ratio of the thermal insulation mortar is obtained.The main research content of this article:(1)Explain the domestic urgent need for energy-saving buildings and the domestic and external external insulation research,introduce the main external insulation systems on the market,and propose the current importance and necessity of improving the performance of vitrified microbead insulation mortar and ways and methods of improvement;(2)The orthogonal design experiment was used to study five different composition materials including rice husk charcoal,fly ash,polypropylene fiber,redispersible latex powder,and hydroxypropylmethylcellulose mixed into mortar.The influence of the level on the slump extension,dry density,flexural strength,compressive strength and thermal conductivity of the vitrified microsphere thermal insulation mortar;(3)Through experiments,the best mixing ratio for preparing vitrified microbead thermal insulation mortar is:rice husk charcoal instead of cement content is 5%,fly ash instead of cement is 17%,the content of hydroxypropylmethylcelluloseis 0.2%,the content of polypropylene is 0.7%,and the content of redispersible latex powder is 1.5%.Figure[25]table[27]reference[69]...
