With the global economic market competition becoming more and more fierce,as the national basic industry manufacturing industry,its production capacity is gradually increased.More and more manufacturers are aware of the role of information technology for efficient shop management.Information and workshop management will directly affect the combination of the future,intelligent will be the development trend of the factory.The Manufacturing Execution System(MES)serves playing an essential role as an intermediate layer between the production management ERP layer and the shop floor control player,can effectively reduce the workshop manufacturing time and save processing costs。In this paper,through in-depth research on stamping workshop production process,combined with production status and informatization of manufacturing enterprises from the requirements,characteristics and management status of the production of stamping workshop as the starting point,the business demand and production processes are analyzed,Based on the needs of workshop production managers and system program decision makers,a mathematical model with the objective of minimizing the maximum production time is established,the related variables and constraints in the model are described and solved with the improved genetic algorithm.This paper innovatively uses Matlab and ASP.NET mixed programming,realizes the integration of multi encoding genetic algorithm and Manufacturing Execution System,improves the flexibility of production scheduling optimization algorithm in practical software applications.Based on the study of the optimal scheduling algorithm,this paper designs and implements MES,which mainly includes the data acquisition system,the production process management system,the scheduling system and the report management system.From the role of each subsystem and the architecture of hardware with software to start,the subsystems were studied.MES has been successfully applied in automobile stamping workshop,workshop managers can get the production line,process data,personnel and other real-time information,at the same time,it’s able to get effective management about production line’s technical data,production plan,equipment and so on.Company managers can run data analysis by view data reports,the entire system functions meet the needs of stamping production management in order to achieve the desired goal.
