| In recent years,China’s electrified railway is developing rapidly.The railway mileage keeps increasing.As the the command center and information center of power supply system,Power supply dispatching is an important part of electrified railway operation management system.However,many aspects of the power supply operation in China,such as issuing commands and elimination orders,is still operated in traditional way.There are many drawbacks,such as heavy workload,prone to misoperation and so on.So it is hard to adapt to the rapid development of railway.There is a urgent need in the development of power supply operation management system.In the paper,the power supply operation management system is designed and implemented according to the operation flow of power supply operation management system.In this system,a unified management is implemented in operation flow.And the PSCADA system is rational used in it as a existing resource.Then the modernization of power supply operation management system is realized.It is an effective solution to the shortcomings of the traditional work mode.It improves the operation efficiency and safety of power supply.At the same time,it saves human resources.This is one of the main development direction of "intelligent dispatching".Function modules of power supply operation management system is designed according to the functional requirements in power supply operation,including work plan management,work order management,train order management,scheduling management,to-do management,report management,basic data management,system management.The system is developed with Microsoft IIS and database technology based on Visual Studio 2010 development platform.The main work includes:The database structure of the power supply operation management system is designed,which includes the design and implementation of data table in various functional modules,the discuss of database access technology,and the design of database stored procedure.Software and hardware architectures\are designed.Three subsystems including intelligent scheduling,real-time operation service and intelligent switching,are realized.The intelligent scheduling system is the realization of all function modules.The communication between client and database is implemented by real-time operation service system.And intelligent switching subsystem is the interface between PSCADA and power supply operation management system.Accroding to the static debugging and trial operation in Lanzhou Railway Bureau,it turns out that power supply operation management system meets the needs of field operations.The informatization and automation of power supply operation is realized by this system.It has a certain reference significance for the development and distribution of electrified railway. |
