China is one of the leading energy consumption countries in the world at present.The problem of environment and energy consumption is serious.Energy consumption of building is the most important part of energy consumption,generally,which refers to energy consumption of building in the whole cycle life.And the narrow sense refers to the energy consumption is in operating stage of building.In the paper,it refers to the narrow sense of building energy consumption.Last decade,framework in Zhengzhou is expand to 70% in this city,chief of all,office building accounted for a large proportion.The effect of office energy consumption is following.Therefore,this paper takes the Zhengzhou office buildings as the research object,and analyzes the building energy consumption.In this paper,based on the analysis of meteorological parameters and solar radiation in Zhengzhou area,the characteristics of energy consumption of office buildings in Zhengzhou are summarized.Building energy simulation is an important ways of building energy-saving transformation.This paper combines modeling quickly and high precision of BIM software and the existing energy consumption simulation software.Then put forward a new method of building energy consumption simulation In order to discuss reliability of this new method.A typical university office building in Zhengzhou was analyzed in this paper.Revit software was used to set building system model,which has detailed parameter properties.Using GB format or DXF format to realized data docking with Ecotect Analysis software,and then completing building energy consumption analysis.Among Zhengzhou office building energy bills,HVAC energy consumption and lighting energy consumption accounted for the absolute proportion According to establishment of material library and regional attributes,including external walls,windows,heat gain,operating time,etc,this analyzed in HVAC energy consumption simulation.After that,it is easy to complete the thermal environment analysis,and simulation analyzes the monthly energy consumption of HVAC.In the simulation analysis of lighting energy consumption,via the simulation of lighting and lighting,the light environment of the building is simulated.The illumination and energy consumption of a room are analyzed.On this basis,an analysis method of lighting energy consumption of typical office buildings is proposed.Last but not the least,rely on energy monitoring platform,compared and verified the accuracy of HVAC system simulation analysis.The result shows that the relative error of HVAC energy consumption in May is about 12%,in June is 5%,and in September is 10%.The results of analysis are in reasonable error range,so the accuracy of office building energy consumption analysis method based on BIM-Ecotect software is verified.
