With the rapid development of electrified railway and urban rail transit in China,it has higher requirements for the fast and safe operation of the train,the dynamic current of pantograph catenary is always one of the key problems in the safe and stable operation of trains.Good contact between pantograph and catenary system is the precondition of good current quality,however,catenary dynamic contact force is one of the direct manifestations of catenary system.According to the European standard EN50317:2002,The dynamic contact pressure between pantograph and catenary is one of the important indexes to evaluate the quality of dynamic flow between pantograph and catenary.At present,there are few researches on the dynamic current quality of the key parts of the rigid contact network at home and abroad.Therefore,it is very important to study the quality of the key parts of the rigid catenary and improve the quality of the current at the critical position.In this paper,we use the contact pair in the ANSYS-APDL to realize the sliding of the pantograph catenary,research the dynamic contact pressure between the catenary and the pantograph is carried out by the research of the velocity,the span and the parameters of the pantograph catenary,research the impact of these factors on the quality of pantograph catenary dynamic current.The dynamic contact force data measured in Guangzhou metro line three are measured,dynamic contact force data of the pantograph catenary and the pantograph catenary dynamic simulation data are compared and analyzed,verify the feasibility of the selected model.On this basis,the parameters of pantograph and catenary are optimized,and the simulation results are compared with the original parameters,it is proved that the optimized parameters have a better effect on the dynamic flow of the pantograph catenary.On the basis of the research on the influence of various parameters on the dynamic quality of pantograph catenary,the improvement of the quality of the dynamic current of the pantograph catenary is studied by changing the rigid positioning clamp to the elastic positioning clamp.First of all,three kinds of layout methods of the positioning clamp are studied,and the conclusion is drawn that the full elastic positioning clamp has a better effect on the dynamic flow quality of pantograph catenary;then,the selection range of the stiffness of the elastic positioning clamp is obtained by simulation analysis;next,in the premise of ensuring the quality of the pantograph catenary to meet the relevant standards,the installation of the elastic positioning clamp increases the span arrangement;Finally,the influence of the location of the insulator on the pantograph catenary current is simulated and analyzed.Finally,the effect of pantograph catenary dynamic current quality is studied at the Conflux Platoon Tie and anchors,and the measures to improve the dynamic quality of the pantograph catenary at the Conflux Platoon Tie and anchors are put forward,taking into account the Conflux Platoon Tie and the anchor section joints often failure,so artificial injection failure,research the influence of the Conflux Platoon Tie and the anchor section joints on the dynamic current quality of pantograph catenary,play a role in fault prediction and health management.
