With the gradual opening of general aviation airspace,number and hours of flight of general aviation flight experience large amount of growth,and flight tasks of general aviation are increasing.However,regulatory authorities only can decide green lights for general aviation aircraft according to the flow of flight controlled airspace during executing the flight mission,and they even have carried out regulatory requirement that one sector can have a navigable aircraft,but they have not carried out assessment method of safe capacity aim at general aviation airspace.Such stringent requirements severely restrict the development of China's general aviation industry,and easily lead to unfair competition and non-standard operation of shipping companies,increase security risks,thus occurring aviation accidents.The study of airspace capacity involves use efficiency of airspace resource and flight security assurance,acting as an important aspect of aviation study.Our country pays much attention to it,and many experts and scholars have conducted a comprehensive study of it,someone take advantage of monitoring navigation equipment performance and assessment method of analysis of historical statistical data and assessment method based on mathematical calculating models,and someone make use of the results of assessing computer simulation that depends on the accuracy of the simulation models and input data.However,most of people pay attention to the terminal area,namely area of the airport,runway capacity assessment in particular,and they assess airspace capacity in the region according to focal point or node of airway.However,evaluation system of airway model can not accurately assess its capacity for complexity and diversity of the general aviation missions.By analyzing the trajectories of general aviation missions and model features of general aviation aircraft,using REICH model theory,calculating the collision probability of space non-linear motion between general aviation aircraft and airway aircraft and general aircraft and measuring the time-consuming of controller's workload when operation and questionnaires assignment of cognitive load,the controller's workload is assessed comprehensively.Finally,the radar simulator assessment is introduced based on the controller's workload,the assessment method of general aviation low altitude airspace capacity is established,and the capacity of Guanghan airport airspace is assessed.
