Coal is a very important energy resource in China, however coal mining can result in great damage to land. Underground mining, as the major mining technology, give rise to a large number of mining subsided lands. Coal mining will produce underground hollow that will deform to lose the original stability resulting in increased land subsidence and the deformation of farmland buildings, including road, irrigation and drainage engineering. Therefore, the research on the anti-deformation technology is of great significance. At present, most of scholars' studies focus on how to govern the area where no longer appeared the phenomenon of collapse. There are few people study in how to prevent and reduce the losses caused by the mining subsidence. This paper took Shanxi Chengzhuang mining area as the research area, and this study was according to road-related design specifications and standards and combined with the treatment methods of anti-deformation of the roads in the mining subsidence area at home and abroad and the influence of the comprehensive improvement factors of the land in the study area. Based on the finite element analysis method, analyzing four road designs according to the deformation of the simulated roadbed model deformation analysis this paper through put forward a set of flexible design techniques and schemes for farmland road that can anti-collapse to a certain degree. The research results are as follows:i) This study defined the types of units, the boundaries and constraints of the model, and the various parameters required for the various materials in the model. These parameters included the elastic modulus, Poisson's ratio, cohesion, Friction coefficient and internal friction angle.ii) In this paper, the flexible design technology of anti - collapse for farmland road was proposed, which covered flexible pavement, settlement pit, roadbed, foundation and shoulder. In addition, according to the traditional mechanical analysis method of road structure, it is proved that the structure proposed followed the requirements of the road design specification under the conventional conditions that the foundation is not collapsed.iii) Using ANSYS, the static analysis of the three-dimensional model of different thickness and different materials was carried out. The ANSYS used non-linear static analysis to simulate the road with the collapse pit and analyze the collapse condition. The optimal scheme and the maximum deflection value was determined. The optimal solution is mixed road using coal gangue, fly ash, lime and cement, with maximum deflection 0.26 mm.
