With the increasing severe global environmental problem and energy crisis,the research of new energy vehicles is extremely urgent.The battery electric vehicle(BEV)gradually becomes an important development direction of energy-saving and environmental means of transport due to its advantages of zero emission,no pollution and low noise.As the brain of the powertrain,the vehicle controller coodirates each subsystem to achieve the safe,reliable and stable operation.Therefore,it is very important to study the vehicle controller.A new vehicle controller for BEV is designed and the main contents of this dissertation are summarized as follows:At First,the development of electric car industry and the key technology of BEV are introduced.According to the power system structure and working principle of BEV,the functional requirements of the vehicle controller was put forward and the overall scheme of the master-slave controller is determined for vehicle design.And then,considering the requirements of the various modules,the vehicle controller is designed based on the Infineon automobile-grade XC2268 N and XC886 Microcontroller Unit(MCU)vehicle controller hardware scheme,including MCU and its minimum system,power supply module,external storage module,communication module,signal acquisition module and driving module.The functions of each module and the anti-interference measures to ensure the stability,security and reliability of the vehicle controller are analyzed.At last,the software development process of XC2000 series MCU is proposed.Then the PC HEX file parsing methods and MCU UART BSL process is analyzed.Based on the requirements of the vehicle controller and the vehicle controller hardware scheme,the software architecture is designed,which lay the foundation of further regulation of software and hardware.
