Research On BIM-based Green Design In Construction Projects

China's construction industry has made remarkable achievements,and has become a pillar industry of our national economy.But the construction industry energy consumption is huge,and the waste in the construction industry exists in a large number of.With the global problems such as energy depletion and environmental pollution,people pay more and more attention to the idea of sustainable development,green and so on.Improper design and design changes are considered to be the main cause of waste in the construction industry.Therefore,the engineering design needs to change to adapt to the development of green building requirements.In the project,the green design should be carried out to promote the sustainable development of the construction industry.However,in the architectural design to achieve energy conservation,emission reduction,low waste of the target design more complex analysis,requires more close collaboration of all parties.The traditional design method is difficult to support green design.BIM resource integration and analysis software has great superiority,BIM technology appears to improve the project design provides the possibility of.Therefore,this paper carefully analyzes the advantages of BIM technology software.On this basis,combined with the concept of green design,the green design method based on BIM technology is proposed.In this paper,the main contents of each module and its status in the method are analyzed in detail.The method driven by the concept of green design,building information model as the core,the integration of software design for environment and energy saving aspects analysis,under the premise of low design conflict and change,enhance the building green attributes has significant effect.Finally,the paper selects the project as an example of case study was carried out on the basis of the green design scheme of application of BIM Technology and the application of BIM Technology Based on the project of green design to obtain the effect of the method is verified.
