With the convening of the two sessions of the victory,once again the environmental protection enters into the public eye and becomes the main issue.Fighting for the blue sky is imminent At present,haze,water pollution and other environmental problems become more serious.The use of clean energy such as the new zero emissions solar energy which is inexhaustible,has attracted more and more attention.With the rapid development of economy,people's living standards are rising,more attention is paid to the delicious and nutrition of food,so firther improving the cold chain logistics system is more important.Therefore,the combination of solar energy and refrigerated truck has practical significance,which can provide an effective guarantee to alleviate environmental pollution and meet the needs of life.In this paper,first of all,a small-scale photovoltaic power generation system is studied,and the preliminary exploration of the combination of small and medium sized solar energy electric vehicles and refrigeration equipment is completed Secondly,combined with the use of solar energy light truck,the design of the body overall structure,including the installation of photovoltaic systems,the use of new lightweight materials and the development of the vehicle parameters is completed.Then,according to the practice and research of 4kW solar power station,the energy control system of the vehicle is designed,and the simulation model of photovoltaic cell Simulink is further established,which is used to explore the influence of light,temperature and other factors on the efficiency of electric power generation,and while selecting the photovoltaic cells ensure the refrigeration equipment for the car.Finally,on the basis of determining the series hybrid drive system,the module calculations of energy storage equipment and power equipment are completed.The discharge characteristics of lithium iron phosphate battery are analyzed by MATLAB,and in ADVISOR the module is established accorded with our design to further verify the dynamic performance of the vehicle.The solar light truck refrigeration system designed in this paper conforms with the concept of new energy vehicles with the advantages of light weight,zero emission,and so on.This is a preliminary exploration of the combination of solar light and refrigerated vehicles,aiming to supply reference to the further research.
