This article takes the hybrid bearing as a research object.The Reynolds equation under laminar and turbulence flow and energy conservation equation were set up according to the theory of turbulent lubrication and the theory of energy conservation.Also,the corresponding boundary condition was established on the basis of working condition.These equations were solved by the finite difference method and the finite element method because of the structural features of hybrid bearing.Reynolds equation was solved by the finite element method while energy conservation equation the finite difference method.NO.22 steam turbine oil was used to research the effect of Viscosity-temperature characteristic on the performance of hybrid bearing.On the basis of considering the viscosity-temperature characteristic of lubrication oil,the effect of flow state on the characteristic of hybrid bearing was discussed by using NO.2 lubricating oil.The change rule of characteristic parameter at different eccentricity ratio and speed of spindles was obtained and compared under different flow regime.Moreover,viscosity-temperature characteristic of NO.22 steam turbine oil was measured experimentally,and a new viscosity-temperature characteristic model was founded.Compared to the classic viscosity-temperature characteristic model,the new model has a high accuracy.In the end,according to data of theoretical calculation,a protocol of hybrid bearing experiment was draw up.
