Research On The Pavement Performance Of The Qingchuan Rock Asphalt And Asphalt Mixture

Qingchuan rock asphalt is oil substances in the crust in the long-term geological environment changes,the product formed by complicated physical and chemical change.As a kind of natural resources,Qingchuan rock asphalt not only has abundant reserves,but also has good road performance,simple construction technology,reasonable price,to adapt to China's vigorous advocacy of "resource-saving and environment-friendly" social development strategy.For the time being,the domestic engineering application technology of Qingchuan rock asphalt is not mature enough,and the practical application value of Qingchuan rock asphalt needs further study.In this paper,the road performance and construction technology of Qingchuan asphalt modified by asphalt and its mixture are studied according to the needs of practical projects.The main results are as follows:1?Through reviewing the literature,the physical and mechanical characteristics of Qingchuan rock asphalt are analyzed,and from the micro level of the Qingchuan rock asphalt modification mechanism is discussed,with the performance and provides the basis for a systematic understanding of Qingchuan rock asphalt modified asphalt and its mixture road.2?Based on the asphalt pavement performance test of different dosage(6%,8%,10%,12%)of the Qingchuan rock asphalt modified asphalt,and compared with the matrix asphalt and SBS modified asphalt it is showed that Qingchuan rock asphalt and asphalt mixing significantly improve the high temperature performance,water stability,aging resistance and temperature susceptibility and construction and easy performance but it has some adverse effects on its low temperature performance.Because of the contradiction between the ductility index and the T1.2 index,it should be combined with the low temperature performance of asphalt mixture to make a reasonable evaluation.3?According to the actual needs of the project,the AC-16 C asphalt mixture based on different dosage(6%,8%,10%)of the Qingchuan rock asphalt modified asphalt mixture was carried out systematic test study on road performance,and were compared with the same type of asphalt mixture and asphalt mixture SBS Qingchuan,the results show that the rock asphalt has good effect on asphalt mixture permanent deformation resistance,water resistance and anti fatigue properties.In order to ensure the low temperature cracking resistance of Qingchuan rock asphalt modified asphalt mixture,it is recommended that the amount of rock asphalt should be no more than 8%.On this basis,the mixture ratio design of AC-16 C matrix asphalt mixture and Qingchuan rock asphalt modified asphalt mixture with 8% content is studied,which provides a technical basis for practical engineering applications.4?Through the "G207 line to the territory of Luoyang Xihai Vulcan concave ginseng shop section driving overhaul project testing pavement,summarizes the construction process of Qingchuan rock asphalt modified asphalt,and analyzes its economic benefit and social benefit evaluation,which has a guiding role to promote further the application of rock asphalt in Qingchuan.
