Abstract/Summary:
With the continuous development of electric technology,the cooling system of power transformer needs to undertake more functions,and the requirements are higher.The cooling systems of different transformers have their distinct features.Because the design of cooling system involves many aspects,all sorts of problems will appear without a perfect design,especially,it will bring about a lot of difficulties to the manufacturing and maintenance of the transformer.Therefore,the paper mainly studies the design of control system of the transformer cooler.In order to carry on a detailed study on the design of control system of transformer cooler,firstly,the paper describes the research background,significance and related literature.Then the different structures and functions of transformer cooling devices are compared,and the heat dissipation of large transformer is calculated.The design of the cooling system is analyzed through reaserch of the control method and strategy.Finally,it realizes the dynamic control of the transformer temperature through designing the hardware and software of cooling control devices,and realizes monitoring and control of the scene and the master control room to transformer and cooling control system.Throughout the full paper,air cooling and water cooling which are the two kinds of mainstream cooling devices are compared by the specific analysis of multiple perspectives,such as the difference in performance,effects and design,etc.The paper mainly takes water cooling system as the case to study the design of cooling system.The design of hardware and software is the core of the paper.For the design of hardware,in addition to introducing the application of the general electric components,the paper mainly describes the role of the programmable controller in cooling devices,and elaborates the composition of the whole system through the practical application case.For the design of software,taking the PLC of TSX series produced by Schneider Electric as an example,the CPU and additional functional modules are elaborated,and the control of the cooling system is analyzed through the ladder diagram(LAD).Finally,the intercommunication between the cooling devices and the control room is realized by communication software,therefore,the control room can monitor cooling system in real time.
